| Posted By : Tyler - 2/6/2005 4:23 PM | When you first go to www.smartmusic.com, there should be a link called "Renew your subscription" right above the log-in area. Click that and it should ask you to log in. Do so and it should take you to a page which shows the status of your subscription. For my account, if I scroll down on that page I see a link to Renew my subscription(s). I'm not sure if it will be set up this way for all subscription types or not.
If that doesn't help, give their customer support a call on monday. It's a toll free call and they usually answer very quickly.
