Is it possible to convert Sibelius files to
Finale?
The opposite is possible. Sibelius
provides a conversion from Finale.
If someone has found a work around,
please let me know.
I currently have Finale 2001 but if the
above is possible with 2002 I'd be
delighted to upgrade.

As of now, Sibelius doesn't document their file format or provide a developer's kit, so you would have to do lots of detective work to build this. There's nothing publicly available for Sibelius that comes close to the Finale PDK.
