I have two issues with smart music right now that I can't figure out how to resolve...

 

1) I assigned something, kids took it and did poorly. I wanted to reassign the same piece, but it said that if I did it would delete their original score and recording. I wanted them to be able to be able to listen to their original vs their new recording, so instead of doing it that way, I made a new assignment but changed the title to RETAKE so they would see the difference.

 

The kids got that assignment - when they login, they see the original as well as the retake. Some of them have submitted the retake and I have graded it. But after I grade it and save their grade, it never appears in my gradebook. The assignment "retake" is missing and I have no idea how to get it to show up in my gradebook.

2) The other problem I'm having is that I'll assign students something, and they login and go to the assignments, and it shows up but it won't let them click it. In my gradebook, it shows up that it's been assigned, but no matter what they kids do, the assignment isn't click-able. Any suggestions? It seems to be a particularly big problem for percussion - I had 3 today that were unable to click on the assignment.
