Indeed there are.
 
 However, the commands in Simple Entry add diatonic intervals.
 
 And the OP (= OCTO.) is asking for a way to add a chromatic interval to a note, or evt. to all notes in a selected region.
 
 I suspect that OCTO. already knows the Simple Entry option, and seeks another, faster way.
