I am writing a piece for flute, clarinet and cello. It is atonal (out of any tonality) so that I don't write any sharp or flat in the armature. But I can't manage to get rid of the 2 sharps it gives me for the clarinet.

It may be linked with the fact that I choose "clarinet B flat", but can't manage to choose just "clarinet".

I work with finale 9. Who can help me ? Thanks a lot (and sorry for my english, I am in Geneva Switzerland and speak french). Geneviève

You can specify independent keys in the Staff Attributes.

You might enjoy using the European Finale Forum, which has sections en Français.

Many thanks for your answer. Yes, I am starting my subscription to the European Finale Forum - which I did'nt know.
It is really necessary : I don't understand "Staff Attributes" - my Finale is in French.
