When I open Smartmusic 8.4 I get the following message:

Unable to load soundfont VivSndsR2.sf2. Reinstall from disk.

This appears twice each time I open. Any ideas on a fix?

I also have Finale 2005 loaded.

I have that file located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MakeMusic\SoundFonts. If yours isn't there, try reinstalling the program, making sure to first log in as the computer administrator (if applicable) and to turn off any security software (anti-virus, etc.) before installation.

If that doesn't solve the problem, contact customer support.
