Hi, I am writing form Spain, where the educator platfomr of SM has recently become avaiable. I'm at the very beginning of learning Smart Music so that I can use it in my teaching. As it is, I cannot get into the Assignment Log In. Smart Music sends me the password, I enter it with my email, and it doesn't recognise it. When I click from the Smart Music Web to go to support to look for answers to my problem, or send in my problem, my browser can't find the page.

I want to get SM up and running and start using it here in Spain. Another problem is that I am unable to register my schools.

It appears that you have some snafus still to work out here in Spain.

I have signed up for your seminars.

Please, if anyone can help clear this up, it would be helpful.

I have the assignment log-in and security code solved, so no need to answer that. HOWEVER, registering my schools still isn't solved. It seems I am unable to contact customer support on-line. I called from Spain and spoke with tech support, and it seems they are not sufficiently informed about how to register a school overseas perhaps.

Here is some more information: The subscription is in my name as an educator, it is not through any school. Do my schools need to buy a subsciption in order for them to enter into the school registry?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues submitting your School Request through our support system. I will send you a Private Message to get some more information from you about your school and the problem you are running into submitting a case.
 
We do have customers submitting support cases from Spain without any issues so we might be running into a more technical issue.
