Are you using Garrtitan/Aria player? Dynamics work fine there.

I thought you wanted it to dim at the end.

You need a dynamic marking to indicate how much cresc or dim. The shape alone isn't enough.

Look at the Knowledge base, you'll need to download a new hp.dat file. Also, Glisses made with Smart Shapes will cause hp crashes. I always write them out, for playback .
