Justin, This is the same person from Facebook that is having that same problem. I tried the bluetooth trick and it still doesn't work.

I believe that you buy a program, install it exactly the way you are supposed to, and it should work. There shouldn't be a reason to have to go some round about way to get it to work. It should just...
