I keep receiving notifications for threads which I have nothing to do with. It is a bit of a bother. Why does this happen and how can I receive notifications only relating to my own posts or the ones...

Hi, This is another payback problem from an old Finale file from 2002. I followed what you told me in a previous case, converting the file to xml and then opening that in my current Finale 2014b....
