Internet Explorer 6 seems works OK but are you running it in MSN Explorer 7? I've noticed that MSN Explorer does not work with SmartMusic.

Printout not aligned
Try the Econofast mode. This might be the result of the problem between Finale and HP printers mentioned in "Printed font in Finale screwed up" to be found a few threads down...
