 WARNING UPDATE! Do Not Run the Windows 25 Upgrade on Windows 7
Motet, in my case I moved a copy of the DLL (or a identically-named file) to a directory on the Path. Finale apparently recognized the file was there but was then unable to start. I quit attempting...
