 Finale v25 - speed and latency on OS X
I just upgraded to v25. The speed and stability on my MacOS machine is fantastic. The only downfall is that non 64-bit plug-ins (i.e. TGtools, JW, etc...) do not work.

I would strongly suggest that you update to 2014.5.
