13 x 19 paper ??
You need to create that size if your printer doesn't already have it in a list. There should be a custom page size button somewhere on the print properties/preferences page. I use 13" x 19" in a 2-up...

Tape for attaching single sheets of music
While I'm not sure of the exact specifications of your ideal tape, have you tried the artist supply stores, like Michael's, Dick Blick, etc. I was thinking artist's tape like here . Good Luck....
