I am hearing that it is good for the music you can access, but that is it for percussion, I would like to know if there is anyone who has it, and what they can tell me about it for percussion.

I am getting mixed reviews regarding percussion students using smart music. Can anyone tell me if it really works or not? Teacher says "Yes" Smart Music says "No". Who should I listen to?? Need it...
