I'am a registered finale 2006 user,and
I just bought the update 2008, I've tried everything to make it authorize, but no way !
the message:"can't find the serial number on file"
or " invalid serial number "!
Does somebody have encountered this situation....and do you have a solution for me ?

it's ok, now....the problem apparently come that it's the French distributor who manage this kind of problems...

| Posted 5/8/2008 5:11 PM (GMT -5) | | | Hey, glad it's fixed now, BTW how I guessed this is I had exactly the same thing (around the time of Finale 2005 or something) with the old UK distributor, simply they were slow at telling MakeMusic that I'd bought the upgrade, but simply emailing MakeMusic fixed that one in seconds! I bought my last upgrades straight from MakeMusic and so they new about me immediately. | | Back to Top | |
