To submit a support case:
1. Go to our support website here: http://support.makemusic.com
2. Log in to your MakeMusic account or create a new one if you haven't already.
3. Click the “Ask a Question” tab at the top of the Customer Support page.
4. Enter a subject and question describing your problem, and any required additional information.
5. Click the “Continue…” button to continue.
6. You will be given several answers that might answer your question. If these do not answer your question, click the "Submit Question" button at the bottom to finish submitting.
