Hi Jari,

what do you think about a question to the user before, whether the starting bar is an upbeat? It might be a yes-no-dialog or a dialog with a checkbox. The measure numbers should be reorganized after that.

I'll write it up as a feature request. The functionality of that plug-in will be transferred to another plug-in in the future.
