I am an instrumental conductor and percussionist and desire a plug-in that will analyze and apply "sticking patterns" (I use the lyric tool) to mildly complex rhythmic patterns and apply associated expressions (such as accents, subdividers, grace notes). There is a set protocol for these patterns that I believe could be codified if I team up with someone who can program plug-ins.....

ANY ONE INTERESTED?

You could ask Tobias Giesen (TGTools).
He gives the option to sponsor new features, as I did in the past several times.
