Please note that posting on this forum doesn't count a submitting a request to MakeMusic. If you want to get this function, either through Finalescript, or just by the Libraries' importing properly :p , then you have to submit a request directly on MM's support site.

Have you tried using the 'import document options' command? I beleive there is a sample script provided that you may modify to suit your needs.

I believe this should be a program request since there is no access to the categories via plug-ins yet. I know I've made several attempts to get MM to understand the importance of why we need this but nothing has surfaced yet. Another voice in the crowd can only help.
