|My daughter brought Smartmusic studio version 8.4 from her school. She was given an activation code, but when I enter it, I receive the following message:
"Sorry, no subscriptions are available from this code."
Other students in her class have used the same code to activate their subscriptions with no trouble. One of the teachers is trying to work through this problem with tech support, but he has much more to do that worry about subscription problems.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I'm running Windows XP Pro - signed in as Administrator
