I don't think there's anything special when it comes to posting FPA files - it should be the same as posting any file. If you have questions about using Frontpage to post files in general, you might check out some forums for that software or check Amazon to find a good book on the subject. Unfortunately I've never used that software.

It should be like any other FP file: Import the file(s) into FP through the FILE menu. On the page where they would be accessed, type in a name. Highlight the name, and click the CREATE HYPERLINK button. Navigate to the correct file, and click OK. That will create the link. Publish the page to your site, and when someone clicks on the link, the file should download to their computer. E-mail me if you have any questions.
