If you're looking for something for MIDI keyboard, then it might be worth trying. But I don't think it works with woodwind, brass, or vocals.
FPA is a free program that you can download from www.finalemusic.com. It doesn't include much in the way of music, but it does come with some example files. Its entire purpose is to let Finale users make Finale files that a student can play along with in FPA. FPA will then grade the student's performance.
SmartMusic is sort of the parent of FPA (FPA's grading ability comes from SmartMusic). SmartMusic includes a lot more music, and in addition to being able to grade a performer can also accompany the performer, following their tempo changes, etc. It comes with a variety of technique exercises, beginning method books, accompaniments (beginning to advanced), ear training exercises, rhythm practice, jazz improv exercises, etc. If you're interested in finding out more, take a look at www.smartmusic.com. Windows XP, all updates
