I just started using SmartMusic on an iBook G4. Last night, I had the Instrument Range Check option...today, I don't. It's grayed out. Any idea what's happened?

What mode are you in? Are you using the exercises? Which particular song, method, or exercise are you trying this with? Range checking is only available for certain types of pieces (others, like the methods, aren't meant to be transposed at all).
