Hi - I am a clinician in Ohio and we have recently installed new 2010 on all of our iMac computers (OSX 10.5.7 intel core duo) in our brand new high school. When I try to use one of the method books - I get the error message "you must be online to download" that just repeats itself over and over in a dialog box. All computers are hooked to the internet, so I'm fairly sure that's not the issue. What do we need to do? I don't think it's a firewall issue...

Sounds like a proxy server issue. Probably best to contact SmartMusic customer support (online or phone), and they should be able to help.
