My choral director is experiencing a very strange problem with smartmusic. He is assigning an assignment for each voice part, but when a student tries to log on, they can see the assignment, click it, it says loading for about 2 seconds, then the loading screen goes away and nothing has happened. It is back to the homepage where the students can click into the assignments again. He has tried numerous things, recreated the assignments over and over again, and even taken one straight from a smartmusic template without editing, and tried to have a student access it, and the same problem has occured. His whole curriculum is based around smartmusic so we need this fixed as soon as possible. If anyone has any ideas or know what is wrong, or has had this happen to them before, could you please help us? Thank you very much for any help, it is greatly appreciated!
