Our SmartMusic subscription, issued through our school system has expired. My child used SM for the 2009/10 school year. Did not utilize it during the 10/11 school year. Is now required to use it during the 11/12 school year. I have enrolled my child in the class, but am getting the message that our subscription is inactive. I entered the code given to me by the school, but it is not being accepted. I have submitted a query to customer support, but was hoping someone here would have a quick solution.

I suspect that I may have to start again. i.e new account, email, etc. but no longer have the instructions issued by the elementary school 2 years ago.

Any suggestions.
