Hello,

Every time I pull up a student's assignment to listen to it, the time spent is blank. This just started happening within the last week or so on all of our computers at our school. Does anyone else have this issue? I like to know how long a student spends on the assignment. It isn't even coming up as 00:00. There is just nothing under the time spent section.

Krissy and Jim,

I have confirmed this problem since our most recent Gradebook update and have asked our development team to investigate. I'm pretty sure we are tracking the time and that it's simply not being displayed on your end. Hopefully, we will have it resolved soon for you and others.
