Hi

I've downloaded quite a few arrangements, but when I take them to work (music lessons), I can't play them for students. I don't have an internet connection at work. Some of the arrangements come through just fine, but others do not. Would like more information about this. Thanks!

Signe,

Thanks for posting. SmartMusic does require an Internet connection for proper use, as stated on our System Requirements page. If you would like more information on how SmartMusic functions in an offline state and our expectations I would recommend contacting our Tech Support team. You can submit a support case by following this link, http://smartmusic.custhelp.com/app/.
