I just loaded 2010 version. I have a pc and run XP professional.

When I set the midi/audio on "play finale on VST", the program closes. I tried to create a new document with the wizard and selected the Garritan sound patches. When the document opened up in immediately crashed and closed.

I did not have this issue with the 2009 version that I just deleted. Is there something I missed in setting things up?

Thanks

Are you using ASIO drivers? Go to MIDI/Audio and then select Device Setup/Audio Setup. What drivers are selected? I get crashes with ASIO but not with DirectSound.
