My question to all:

Is there a feature in Finale that will allow me to assign different colors to noteheads according to pitch?
So that all B#, C and Dbb will be red; all Cx, D and Ebb will be orange; etc... ?

What you are in fact asking is whether Finale can assign a color (or in your other post, a shape) to a specific set of MIDI numbers (in your case an octave apart for each color/shape). I don't think it can without some outside programming.

That's how the note colors work - Every C is red - regardless of whether it is written as a B#, C or Dbb
