As I'm finally attempting to publish (one way or another) various songbooks I have, I need to know two things:

(1) what is/are the most standard songbook sizes for self-publishing POD services to support (9"x12"?)?
(2) who are some specialty music songbook self-publishers available?

There is no standard, and your second question just doesn't make sense. I could be daft, of course.

I thought the question was clear enough. (And in my opinion, 9"x12" seems to be the most standard size.) In any case, fortunately my publisher is now, after almost a year, back in business, so I don't have to worry about future self-publishing responsibilities, and especially associated costs. It didn't hurt my "music education" to learn more about self-publishing options anyway, which in the long term, I may pursue also.
