|There should be a bracket above m75, and above m77. With the Repeat Tool, Shift/Drag the upper handle in m77 to the left so it appears over m76. Moving the bracket will unlink it from the score.|
Sorry, I can't look at your attached part right now, but the above hopefully is correct.

|The ending was not created correctly. In Finale, the first ending is customarily created with 2 halves: the left bracket and the right bracket. Join the 2 to make one bracket by dragging one or the other handle.|
In my posted revised file, once the bracket is created correctly, in the score and 3 of the parts, the first handle is drtagged to the right to join the left. In the Cello part, I drag the left bracket line to the beginning of the system.
