I can't believe that I have to inquire here about something so simple and something I've done many times before but I'm unable to remember and there are no results whatsoever in a Google search. Just trying to set up my TAB staff in Drop D. That's all. I also was unable to use the search feature here. Thank you in advance

Drop D is already a choice set up for you. Just choose it.

Zuill is correct, but perhaps you need a little more help.

You can choose Drop D tuning in the Setup Wizard when you first create your score.  On the 2nd page where you add/remove instruments, choose Tablature in the left pane and Drop D in the right pane.  If you already have an instrument in the score, use the Score Manager, select the staff/instrument and on the Instrument List tab, on the lower portion on the right side, there is a dropdown for Notation Style.  Choose Tablature.  If this is the first time, you will be presented with a dialog box where you can again choose Drop D.  If Tablature is already the style, then click on the Settings button to get the afore mentioned dialog box.

And, in that dialogue box, click the Instrument list and you will find the different tunings there.

Thank you, guys. I've never used the Drop D tuning feature in the Setup Wizard before. Good to know. It was the Score Manager that I'm used to working with and I couldn't remember that, or where to find it, for the life of me. Now, I will remember that it is under Window. Setting each string up, myself, allows me to arrange the TAB staff in any various tunings I might use and I like that feature. Thanks again.

You should remember the shortcut for the Score Manager, CTRL-K, since you will probably use it quite often.
