is it possible for finale to play only a particular instrument and not parts of another instrument? how thank you

There are three ways:
1. - Shift+Ctrl+Space and click on wanted staff.
2. - Shift+Ctrl+Space and drag "ear" mouse cursor on wanted staff.
3. - Menu>Window>Instrument List and click on wanted instrument (staff) "S" (solo) section. Than use Playback.
