  I should like to represent the 7 on a bar, that you can see in the score (tif file attach to this message), on the first measure of the first system, could you tell me how I can do it ?

That is a multimeasure rest.

You need to leave the first seven bars/measures in your score empty.

In page view, use the measure tool to selext the first seven measures then use the menu item Measure - Multimeasure Rests - Create.

It would be well worth your while grabbing a few cool beers and reading through the online manual to find out about Layers, Staff Optimization, and Lyrics before you embark on this project!

A multimeasure rest indicates (in this case) 7 measures of silence for that part. I (forgive my ignorance here) would assume that there is an organ or orchestral accompianment playing at the start of the piece.
 
Just in case it is of any use, I have attached a .mus file to get you started.
 
I will assume that you have sorted out copyright permissions for this work.
