I'm trying to use a Cyrillic Font on my G5 IMac for a Russian song setting. I've put an old (2003) PriamojProp font in my Fonts folder, but it's not helping. Any suggestions?!

Thanks!

which fonts folder did you put it in?
If it's an old font, I find putting it in Fonts>System Folder (of OS9 for Classic) folder works best.
You don't need to be running classic, but you will need to restart the computer

Will this work for my old version of Swing Font? Every time I upgrade I have to look for .fan files on the net and I have given up this time. When I try to make my own via the normal route they do not seem to work. Would putting them into my OS 9 Fonts folder do the trick?

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your reply.

I've put the font in both the Library/Fonts folder and, on an external drive which still has the System Folder, I put the Cyrillic font there.
STill doesn't work. I'm running Panther, with Version 10.3.9 on an IMac. Any other thoughts? I have some .txt files with the Cyrillic but I can't find a way to get them to display in Cyrillic either.
