Using the Expression Tool, trying to assign Rehearsal numbers using Staff Lists. Seems when trying to do this with other items, the Assign Drop Down menu allows this, but with Rehearsal numbers, the menu is greyed out. Using Finale 2014 on a new iMac.

Some expression categories use Score Lists. Rehearsal Markings are in that category. Finale allows 8 different Score Lists in any given document. If you change one, it will reflect that change in any other category sharing the same list. Some categories don't use Score Lists. For those, you can have the expression assigned to just one staff, or to a Staff List. I believe you can have as many Staff Lists as you want.

Finale 2002b, 2003a, 2004b, 2005b, Win XP SP3, 2011b Win 7 64bit, 2012a Bought and Paid For (Hopefully soon 2012b with some of the MAJOR BUGS fixed--well, now with 2012b and some of the bugs are fixed) 2012c, with some bug fixes. 2014c at present.
