I'm working on Finale 2012. I have successfully assigned tracks 1-16 into Garritan Aria Player and they work. The remaining five staves are strings, but, whether I assign them as 1-5 or 17-22 it doesn't work. No sound. I've selected channel 2 etc. etc. Please help!

I do admit that I have not used Finale for orchestral sounds forsome time now, however, even after doing research. Still no luck. Thanks in advance for your advice. Thomas

So, you have assigned instruments on channels 1-16 in Bank 1, and 1-5 in Bank 2? Your description doesn't mention banks, so I am just asking clarification.

Finale 2002b, 2003a, 2004b, 2005b, Win XP SP3, 2011b Win 7 64bit, 2012a Bought and Paid For (Hopefully soon 2012b with some of the MAJOR BUGS fixed--well, now with 2012b and some of the bugs are fixed) 2012c, with some bug fixes. 2014c at present.

I guess we will need to see the file. If the material is protected, just delete the notes and save the file with a different name. We can probably find the cause.
