Anyone have a quick way of getting Finale to create a staff with 2 parts in it that are doubled at the octave? Example: tuba or bassoon parts that need 2 notes that are octave apart.

Thanks!

Enter the upper octave only. Pick the Selection Tool, click beside the staff to select in entirety, right click on staff. Select Transposition and set "Down an octave, preserve original notes". Done.
