When copying and pasting multiple bars, Finale decides at a seemingly arbitrary point in the new section that I no longer want my instrument changes. So, piccolo becomes flute, clarinet in A changes to B-flat, both of which I haven't asked for. A headache enough in these staves as though it's a diversion from what I want to be doing, I can just delete the change in Score Manager, but on percussion staves it all needs inputting again for the proper place on staff and sound to be reinstated.

I'm on v25 but it's been doing this I think since the Instrument Change feature arrived, and now on a very tight deadline I'm at breaking point. How do I stop it?

I have the same problem. Manually transposing percussion instruments is enormously time-consuming.
If you have gotten a fix for this, please post it. Thanks.
