I think the names of the palettes Main, Special, Shapes, etc, should be in the grey bar on top off the palettes instead of under it.
It looks very ugly with all that lost space on top off the palettes..

I agree, titles should be in the bar, and not under the bar taking up extra space. Funny, the play back controls, and some other menus, have the titles in bar; but not the pallets.

In Windows, I have no names on any of the toolbars. Never had.

Neither do I. Probably just a MAC thing.

Truth be told though I'd much prefer running Finale and Sibelius under windows than MAC.
Apple never seems to play nice with Finale or Sibelius.

Flaw introduced in 25.1. It's fine in 25 and earlier.

Doesn't anybody check this stuff?

EDIT: I have been informed that this was checked, noted, and was a conscious decision.

Seems like a waste of real estate. The titles seem only slightly useful when you're customizing your Finale look.

That's what I thought, too. Unless it's something in the Mac interface that the title bar is required to move the window, whether there is a title in it, or not.
