Is there away to attach a text block to a measure in linked parts without it appearing in the score?

I've tried to create the text block, then unlink it, and then delete the element in the score. But this also deletes the element in the parts, even though it has been unlinked.

Unlinking does not let you delete.

However, unlinking allows you to show/hide, or to position differently (like e. g. outside the right page edge in the score, and in the page in the linked part).

In the score, right-click, unlink. Right-click, hide.
