Anyone out there using Finale 2004 with QuicKeys yet. I tried it today and am having a hard time getting transposition to work. I've had a large collection of QuicKey shortcuts for all versions of Finale for quite some time.
With the arranging I do I select a section of music and transpose up or down by various intervals regularly. Doing this with the regular menu is nuts. Too many steps. (think of 5 part block writting for saxes, 2nd part down a 3rd, 3rd part down a 4th, 4th part down a 6th, 5 part down an 8va. A few edits to correct the harmony and you're done).

The latest version of QuicKeys can't seem to select the interval from the popup menu. It stops there everytime. Because the menu doesn't reset to a default (it remembers the last settings), you can't use a click and drag approch either (this time it's set to 6th, next time to 2nd).

I also tried to see if I could use Finale's "FinaleScript" plugin. It mentioned that it did transposition, but only by key.

I haven't yet, as soon as 2k4 arrives I'll start transfering my shortcuts and mucking around

I'll have to wait to try the Finale script, try slowing down the playback speed of the sequence and see if that helps.

Once I get started with my sequences I'll debugg a few of the more complicated ones and see what happens...
