Hi.  My school subscription ended the other day.  I asked my director, and he said just to enter our code.  So I enter our code and get the following error message: The code you entered is not a prepaid code.  To utilitize this offer, you will now be taken to the SmartMusic website, where you can purchase a subscription.  After you've purchased a subscription, you can return here to login and activate it.  Anyone have any suggestions?  I am using the latest version 9.  Thanks!!!!!

Darn ok .... does anyone have anymore suggestions? I wanted to use it tonight haha.  Would a reinstall work?
