Would someone else with Leopard please chick this?

open help in Safari 3.0.4.

I can't get the four things in the bottom left corner to work -- TOC, Search, Index, and Browse.

There are also four buttons for these functions at the top of the window. They don't work either.

Hello Bill,

Personnally, I do prefer open the HTML help in Firefox ; it works here far better than in Safari (2 or 3).
Unhappily, the "help" menu in Finale 2008 open Safari by default (a feature about the tech support has confided me that a forthcoming update will solve in order to let you free to choose the browser you wish).

Click on the (huge) link below:

So, to open the HTML help in Firefox:
- Browse "open" in /Applications/Finale 2008/Help Files/Finale.htm
- Then, keep the URL link in the Firefox's bookmarks.

Kind Regards

Bruno is correct that the help files work properly under Firefox.
