If so, could you recommend appropriate Finale software to replicate writing of say, Schostakovich?

 		CHANGE TIME AND/OR KEY SIGNATURES
One measure of 9/8 must be inserted into a 6/8 piece, AND, when music flows from one key into another, new key signature must be used. Is it all possible with Finale software?
