Dear Mike Rosen, Please, could you send me (or post here) your file saved yesterday on PC? I would like to try opening it on the Mac and see what are the letters correspondence.

Separate parts with cues work-around
For complex works, I've adopted cue staves instead of cue notes. Part linking is a great feature of Finale. In this case, I create a part called "Score", so I can have the original "score view" free...
