Of course there are numerous minor bugs throughout the newest beta. I've been using my MacBook Air as a perpetual Mac OS X/macOS beta test device since the Yosemite public beta.

2014.5 and JW plugins
I had the same problem. Updating to the latest version of the plugins seemed to fix it for me.

Speedy entry, how do you work?
I confess I've been using Finale for 24 years and I've never used the Simple Entry tool. I'm a MIDI/Speedy Entry guy. Maybe I should try it.
