Thank you very much, I solve the problem with a .... MOUSE :))) I m so happy, thank you !! I will set the touch pad also, but now I m working with the mouse..!

I use a laptop without mouse so is possible you're right.. I ll try a mouse, although untill now I had no problems :)

Im using finale 2011. The palette doesnt missing, but when I' m trying to assign the hairpin (by dubleclick and drag the mouse ) it describes a dotted square, not the sign for crescendo... I do not...

My smartshape palette doesnt work so I cant assign crescendo and decrescendo hairpins Please tell meif I do something wrong or there is another setting somewere else in the programm to activate this...
